David is a partner in a new quantitative, cross-asset hedge fund that has 8 employees and trades over 150 markets on 35 exchanges around the world. Together with the CIO, David is responsible for the investment management of the fund and oversees its ongoing research effort. With David’s background and experience he is particularly focused on the FX models they trade which make up a significant portion of their risk exposure. David recently managed a portfolio of over 30 currencies for 4 years in his previous job. Now, David is embarking on a new effort to improve on the success of the approach he adopted then. David will be participating in the Panel ‘Moving Beyond China’s Renminbi - Which Other Emerging Market Themes Should You Factor Into Your Portfolio Mix?’ on the 14th September.
